• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account, or authentication data when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Dream content: Dream descriptions and emotional states you submit for analysis. For paid tier users, this content is saved to your private encrypted journal.
• Payment information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.
• Usage data: Basic platform engagement data to improve our service.
• Newsletter/marketing information: The email address you provide when subscribing for product updates, newsletters, or launch notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered dream analysis via the Anthropic API
• To save your dream journal and generate monthly/yearly analytics reports (paid tiers)
• To send transactional emails including purchase confirmations and reports
• To detect high-alert nightmare patterns and notify you (paid tiers)
• To process subscription payments through Stripe
• To send newsletters, product updates, and marketing emails you've opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting support@learnmydreams.com

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account data and dream journal are stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database with row-level security enabled. Only you can access your own dream entries. Dream content submitted by free/guest users is used only for real-time analysis and is not permanently stored.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — Authentication and database storage
• Anthropic — AI dream analysis engine
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
• Google AdSense — Advertising (free tier users). Google uses cookies to serve personalized ads based on browsing history.
• Google Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics
• Hostinger — Web hosting and email delivery

5. Affiliate Disclosure — Amazon Associates

Learn My Dreams is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.

6. Google AdSense and Cookies

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our website or other websites. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out via the NAI opt-out page.

7. Data Retention

Active dream journal entries are retained for 12 months before being archived. Archived entries are retained for an additional 12 months and can be requested by contacting support. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by law.

8. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of data sale (we do not sell personal data to third parties)
• Request data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

9. Children's Privacy

Learn My Dreams is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
