These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Learn My Dreams (learnmydreams.com). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Learn My Dreams is an AI-powered dream analysis platform that provides psychological interpretations of dream content. We offer free and paid subscription tiers, as well as optional add-on modules for specialized analysis including numerological, theological, cultural, and spiritual interpretations.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• Add-on Belief Engine Modules are billed as separate monthly subscriptions from your base tier.
• You may see multiple charges from Learn My Dreams on your statement — one per active subscription. This is normal and intentional.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable sales tax based on your location.
• Subscription prices may change with 30 days advance notice sent to your registered email.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel any subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• If you cancel a base tier subscription while holding add-on modules, those modules will move to the standalone rate at the end of your tier's billing period.
• Exceptional refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@learnmydreams.com.

5. One-Time Purchases

The Lucid Dreaming Guide is a one-time purchase delivered via email. All one-time purchases are final and non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is abusive, threatening, or violates any third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to interact with the service without prior written consent
• Misrepresent the AI-generated interpretations as professional medical or psychological advice

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Learn My Dreams — including the AI analysis engine, report formats, user interface design, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Learn My Dreams. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Dream content you submit remains your own. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI engine for the purpose of providing the service.

8. AI-Generated Content

Dream interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) and are inherently probabilistic. Results may vary and should not be taken as definitive psychological assessments. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI-generated interpretations to your personal situation.

9. Data and Dream Journal

• Dream journal entries for paid tier users are stored securely and are accessible only to you.
• Entries older than 12 months are automatically archived. Archived data is retained for an additional 12 months.
• Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
• We do not sell, share, or use your dream content for training AI models.

10. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, and Google. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learn My Dreams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our site. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. The Dream Den — Physical & Made-to-Order Products

Items sold through The Dream Den — including print-on-demand apparel and handcrafted goods — are produced specifically for each order. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun; see the relevant shop page for current processing and shipping windows. Because these items are made to order, we do not accept returns for size, color, or preference changes. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing, contact support@learnmydreams.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
